Our 1 on 1 coaching programs are only for certain people. Not everyone is ready to see massive change in their life yet. If you are at this point in life, however, where you are sick of not seeing the results in your fitness life that you truly desire, so that you don't have to settle for mediocre results ever again, our coaching might be for you. There is no age or gender restriction on our coaching, we have helped clients from 15 to 64 years old.

Our 1 on 1 live coaching is available both in Dutch as well as in English.

1 on 1 video call coaching
If you cannot make it to one of the cities mentioned above, the far easier alternative is to jump on a video call with us. That way, we still get to interact with you face to face. (or voice to voice, if you don't have acces to a webcam) This is by far our most popular way to help clients worldwide!
We can coach you through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Skype. Your first session is entirely for free! If you feel like we can provide some real valuable lessons and insights to you, you are free to ask us for more sessions. We love to further develop and hone the skills of our clients to an absolute.

1 on 1 message exchange
The last offer we have for you is to take a very detailed look at your personal situation of where you are currently at in your dating game. We will ask you questions specifically targetted at figuring out what you are already good at and in what areas you might be lacking. After that, we will carefully construct a game plan personally adjusted to your sticking points! This is a great opportunity for you to receive high quality coaching targeted directly at your current situation. Our options for message exchange are listed below. As a general rule, we limit our back and forth traffic to 15 messages each. (so 30 in total) Oftentimes, our coaches greatly overdeliver and keep helping our clients until they are ready to take their learning to a next step.
